The Giro Zero II Gloves feel like a second skin as you pull them on. It’s a fact that natural leather provides the best feel and fit for gloves. For this, Giro used Pittards cabretta (hairsheep) leather for the palms to create a super thin glove, but one that has incredible durability. Their comfort is noticeable from the moment you pull them on, especially with Giro’s 3-piece palm construction that eliminates bunching. The leather palm also underwent a special tanning process to give it superior water and sweat resistance compared to other leather and synthetic gloves. While using minimal padding to allow for superior handlebar feel, the gloves do use a thin layer of Technogel to cancel out the worst road vibrations. Technogel has a superior pressure distribution, up to 300% better than standard gel with 30% better impact absorption. So while thin, this padding is extremely effective.

For the uppers, Giro used a super breathable mesh so your hands stay dry and comfortable as you ride. The mesh also has a four-way stretch that gives your hands total freedom of movement as they operate in the cockpit, and paired with the gloves Slip-On design, makes them super easy to take on and off, even on the fly.
